Pale straw with a hint of green. The aroma is light, consisting of melon and tropical fruit; the palate shows a crisp dry finish.

American Oak fermented for 12 months, the palate is elegant and well balanced with a clean finish.

This wine has been fermented and matured in oak for 12 months. It is a smooth textured wine with a subtle oak finish. It has received a Bronze Award at the Victorian Wines Show 2005 and also at the Gippsland Wines Show 2006.

A fresh stylish wine, handcrafted, produced and bottled in the cool climate of Piedmont in West Gippsland. An intensely flavoured yet balanced and elegantly structured wine from a wonderful vintage.

Oaked, glowing yellow-green, complex bouquet, medium bodied, smooth clean palate.

A warm and invigorating red with vibrant fruit and spicy peppery flavours. Aged for 2 years in French Oak.

Medium to full red purple, the bouquet has a mix of plum, spice and blackberry and the oak is subtle. The medium bodied palate has a complex texture, finishing with fine tannins and nicely balanced oak.

Deep in colour with aromas of pepper, spice, plum, cherry and vanilla. The palate is rich and complex, complimented by fine oak tannins. A soft lingering finish completes this wine.

Bright purple-red, clean bouquet, medium bodied with red fruit flavours and spicy, savoury fine tannins.

A delicate rosé with a hint of residual sweetness. A blend of shiraz and chardonnay grapes.
